LocaltoGlobe sells authentic Nepali products under our own branding, shipped directly to customers worldwide. LOCAL is operated by LocaltoGlobe, based in Nepal.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in NPR (Neplease Currency) and do not include customs duties or import taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees. Usually it takes 5-15 days

Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price.

LocaltoGlobe is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal services, or events outside our control.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. LocaltoGlobe is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect address details.
Returns and Replacements

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds.

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and its packaging. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Replacement is the only remedy offered for damaged or incorrect items.
Wholesale Orders
Bulk and business orders placed through our Wholesale Enquiry page may be subject to separate terms, including different pricing, minimum order quantities, and payment terms, agreed on directly with LocaltoGlobe.
Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for checking whether the products you order can be legally imported into your country. Some countries restrict the import of food items.

LocaltoGlobe is not responsible for any product seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs due to import restrictions in your destination country.
